Real People Matter: A Stellar Experience at Leith Volkswagen of Cary

RPMTuesday may be the most important day of the week for us at Leith Cars. It is time for another edition of RPM: Real People Matter. This is our opportunity to discover what consumers have to say about our staff, our cars – our dealership. We pride ourselves on highlighting some of the superior experiences that await you at Leith Volkswagen of Cary.

On January 22nd, 2014, Sarah Reese posted on DealerRater.com about her five-star interaction at our dealership. This young woman came in for a service appointment, but she left with a newer Volkswagen Jetta.

Her full review can be found here, but we wanted to provide a few of the highlights.

“I came to Leith Volkswagen to for an overdue service appointment for my 2009 Jetta TDI. Having thoroughly examined my car, it was discovered that I had some critical maintenance issues that required immediate or near-immediate attention,” she explains.

As a young professional who travels for her job, Sarah’s commute consisted of eighty (80) miles per day. She amassed tens of thousands of miles on her vehicle, which had just been paid off. Sarah faced a dilemma because she was not prepared to spend the amount needed to make the necessary repairs, but she also did not walk into our dealership with plans to purchase a new vehicle. Our team carefully listened to her situation and wanted to do their very best to assist her.

“Having seen on this site, Dealerrater.com, that Leith Volkswagen received 4.9/5 stars in every category, I hoped that Jack and his team would stand behind their product and do what they could to help me. I was correct.”

At Leith Volkswagen of Cary, we are happy that she found stellar reviews of our staff; we are even happier that we lived up to the reputation. Jack McCausland, the brand ambassador with whom she spoke, offered her what she called a “great” value for the trade-in and new vehicle.

“Having seen how Jack stood behind the Volkswagen product, I decided to purchase my second Jetta.”

That’s the way our staff operates. We don’t just sell a product. We believe in the product. There is nobody employed by our dealership who does not have complete faith that our brand is the best on the market for its value.

Though Sarah walked in with a situation that would have been “very difficult” for her, Jack and Alan were able to offer her a satisfactory solution. She stated that she is “in a position that I feel very comfortable with financially.”

“This experience could have made me sour on Volkswagen for life, but after the way that Jack and Alan handled it, I will remain a loyal customer in the years ahead. Also, I LOVE my new Jetta!!!”

We invite you to Leith Volkswagen of Cary to discover why our both our brand and staff are superior. Our vast inventory will help you find a new vehicle that you will love, too.

As always, we at Leith Cars encourage you to…
