Leith Fully Detailed: Audi Raleigh

LeithFullyDetailedOn Mondays—particularly a Monday after a major snowstorm like last week’s—we are often trying to come back from the weekend and remember what we were doing just three days ago. It’s a day of scheduling, meetings, playing catch up, and transition. It’s also our day for Leith Fully Detailed, a weekly look at one of our 33 dealerships. We try to give a little more dimension to each of our dealerships: how long has it been around? Who started it? How many people work there now?

This Monday, that dealership is Audi Raleigh. Audi is an old company with roots back to 1885 or 1899, depending on whom you ask. Many people don’t know that “Audi” is a Latin translation of the last name of the company’s founder, August Horch. More people might know that the four rings in the company’s logo represented the merging of four automobile companies in 1932: Audi, DKW, Horch and Wanderer.

Audi Raleigh

Audi Raleigh was established just a little bit more recently in 2010. That means that our facilities, showroom and service department are all modern and well-equipped for all Audi models. Our professional staff member have big goals for our first five years.

Our Service Manager, Tom Hing, is a member of the Audi Dealer Sub-Council, a national assembly by Audi USA which meets 2-3 times a year to talk about customer issues and ways to improve.

Our Shop Foreman, Mike Mueller, was recently named the number five technician in the nation at the Audi Twin Cup Challenge, and is also an ASE Certified Master Diagnostic and Audi Master Guild technician.

Tom, Mike and all of our staff are fantastic at what they do, which is why they represent Audi Raleigh. We hope that you stop by to see us, and we look forward to impressing you when you do.
