Real People Matter: Jaguar Land Rover Cary

RPM

Our Tuesday blog series—Real People Matter—is based on the principle that how people perceive their experience is of the utmost importance to us. We could have the most amazingly innovative, beautiful and revolutionary cars on the planet, but if people don’t feel comfortable, respected, heard and valued, then our cars would simply be hulks of material on pavement. To remind ourselves of this, we search review websites on the Internet to read what people say about us. In many cases it gives us ways to improve, but we also hear success stories, as well.

It’s important to focus on what you do well because it shows where you naturally excel. Today our example of this comes from Jaguar Land Rover Cary, which is unveiling its new dealership this Thursday evening in a public celebration from 6-8 p.m. Before we get to the success story, we want to officially say that you are invited to this grand opening event, and we would be pleased to have you attend. Jaguar Land Rover Cary will have live music, drinks, hors d’oeuvres, raffles, prizes and it should be a great way to enjoy this fine change of weather, so by all means come out and celebrate with us.

The success story: this one comes from a Google review that we found by going to Google Maps and locating JLR Cary. You might notice that the number of reviews will pop-up with a star-rating of one through five. Jaguar Land Rover Cary has a 4.7-star rating thanks to reviews like the one we examine now, left about a month ago by Len Hescheles.

Len was in the market for a full-size SUV and came by JLR of Cary. He writes, “I purchased my 2014 Range Rover from LR of Cary and had an outstanding experience. Every aspect of the purchase from the evaluation through delivery went better than any vehicle I have ever purchased.”

“The sales team (Rubin) had every answer and explained not only the question but provided insightful explanations. The vehicle was a build to order and it was delivered on the exact day promised once the order got in the system. Delivery was again a perfect experience. Rubin took the time to provide a detailed review of all the vehicle features and functions.

“Introductions to the GM, service and parts team were very much appreciated. I had a special request to install the NC Quick Pass so it would not be visible, and they were able to take the grill app are and hide it. Knowledgeable team, great attitudes and great product.”

Now that our Land Rover and Jaguar dealerships reside in their new, single-frame building, we invite you to help us christen it in style this Thursday evening. We think you’ll be impressed by the Land Rover driving track that borders the dealership, as well the unique halves of the dealership itself the embody the unique history of both brands. Plus, after the doldrums of winter, wouldn’t it be nice to go out and do something fun? Stop by!
