Real People Matter: Leith Chrysler Dodge Jeep RAM Aberdeen

Tuesdays are amorphous blobs of time that baffle a mind seeking reference points. Can one have a “case of the Tuesdays”? Are they a part of Wednesday’s hump? To counteract this muddled experience, our Tuesday blog series is Real People Matter, an attempt to seek out what people have voluntarily written about one of our dealerships, and then reflect on what we do well or not so well. Hearing honest opinions can be hard, but dealing with the truth is the only way to grow.

This week we focus on Leith Chrysler Dodge Jeep RAM in Aberdeen, which is close to Fayetteville, NC. As one of our dealerships with multiple brands, it has the unique benefit and challenge of providing lots of model types. In business, success usually boils down to the people on your team: their tenacity, optimism, resourcefulness and creativity. CDJR Aberdeen is fortunate in that it has a good number of people with precisely these qualities, as evidenced in a recent review we found at Dealerrater.com.

April 16 was last Wednesday, and on this day a user named “Ciscomuff” posted his or her experience. This review is encouraging because Ciscomuff was helped by six employees at CDJR Aberdeen: Tim, Jim, Greg, Arron, Scott and BJ. Cisco writes:

“I have purchased three vehicles from this dealership and all of the people that I have worked with are excellent. Previously I had purchased five vehicles [from] another dealer. The people at this dealer always make you welcome and go the extra step that makes buying a car [a] pleasure.

“If they do not have a vehicle in stock they pull the stop out finding a vehicle you will enjoy and meet all of your requirements. They are not high pressure and tell you the truth. Not only that, [they] will give the most for your trade, plus the best possible price.

“All of this is backed by the exemplary service department with highly trained technicians who are able to take care of all your mechanical needs when problems arise.

“You are always greeted in a friendly, courteous manner with no pressuring techniques used. We own a Dodge RAM 2500 and a Charger. We do not let anyone else service these vehicles.

“Everyone in the dealership makes you feel like family—everyone from the general manager, cashiers, title people, [and] salesmen, to service writers and technician. I will not buy a vehicle anywhere else.”

We are pleased by so many things in this appraisal: the longevity of this person’s relationship with the dealership, their connection with the service department, the respect they feel from the staff, the pleasantness of the experience, and the overall servant spirit they gleaned while there. That’s the ideal we aim for, so it’s nice to know we’re hitting it.
