Real People Matter: “IDL” at Mercedes-Benz of Cary

RPM

If you’ve been following Leith Cars, it should come as no surprise that today brings another edition of RPM: Real People Matter. You can skip ahead guilt-free to the review. As for the rest of you, here’s what this weekly blog post covers.

RPM presents reviews of Leith dealerships that highlight the qualities and characteristics you’ll find when you step onto the lot. It also affords us an opportunity to recognize some our fine brand ambassadors – people you may want to seek for assistance.

Mercedes-Benz of Cary, located in the AutoPark just a few miles outside of downtown Raleigh, is where a couple from Chapel Hill enjoyed superior professionalism and patience. They wrote about the visit on Cars.com.

After succumbing to his wife’s insistence, IDL – the acronym he used to post the review – narrowed his search down to the class of vehicle. Expecting a “hassle and haggling process,” they met John Kuzman, who greeted them and patiently listened to their criteria. John, being a Mercedes-Benz aficionado, used the guidelines to select an E350 for a test drive.

“That awesome experience left us no choice except to purchase the vehicle without bothering with any other brands or dealerships.” There are few greater pleasures in life than climbing behind the wheel of a Mercedes-Benz, and we proudly boast that people who complete a test drive often do not leave the showroom until the paperwork is signed. In fact, for more insight, here’s a test-drive review of the E-Class from our content writing team.

The culture that Leith promotes at our dealerships encourages outstanding service beyond the purchase. To us, you become part of the family – and we stick by that belief to maintain credibility in our claim of being the name you can trust. That is why John “subsequently followed up to make sure the experience is still awesome and has even offered to continue mentoring us through some of the modern technologies in the E350 that are still eye-opening and jaw-dropping to both of us.”

To end the review, IDL speaks of John’s “professional experience and attitude” and expresses a sincere belief that these qualities “contributed significantly to our understanding of the competitive advantages of the E350 and service from Mercedes-Benz of Cary in particular.”
