Purchasing a new vehicle ranges a gamut of emotions and experiences. Whether it is positive or negative, the entire process depends upon the people at the dealership. We, of course, don\u2019t just expect you to take us at our word \u2013 we\u2019ll let others prove it to you. That\u2019s why Tuesdays [edit: although, as you\u2019re aware it\u2019s Wednesday now] is dedicated to customers in the Real People Matter series of blogs.<\/p>\n

For this week\u2019s edition [yes, a day late \u2013 sorry, mom \u2013 we know you hate procrastinators and forgetfulness], we turn to Brian from Raleigh. He posted a review about his visit to AP Chrysler Jeep<\/a> on Cars.com.<\/p>\n

\u201cI went to just about every Jeep dealership in the Raleigh area and I must say I did not meet anyone quite like David.\u201d<\/p>\n

Our people are one-of-a-kind. It\u2019s because of our culture that employees don\u2019t become salesmen. No, we like to call them brand ambassadors.<\/p>\n

\u201cHe listened to what I wanted in a Jeep, not just what he could sell me from his lot. He also had the most in-depth knowledge of Jeeps \u2026 which was very important because this was my first Jeep.\u201d<\/p>\n

We take pride in the fact that our staff is knowledgeable. Nobody at the dealership just works for the brand because they had no other choice; they genuinely believe in and love the brand. After all, what\u2019s not to love about a Jeep?<\/p>\n

\u201cI believe Autopark Jeep is the place to go to get the best customer service in Raleigh! The atmosphere inside the dealership is very laid back, with a relaxed environment which makes it nice when negotiating prices and vehicles. I will definitely refer a friend here, and come back myself in the future.\u201d<\/p>\n
