\"RPM\"For today\u2019s edition of <\/span>Real People Matter<\/a>, we\u2019re heading over to <\/span>Leith BMW<\/a> on Capital Boulevard, where we\u2019ll hear about one customer\u2019s recent experience.<\/span><\/p>\n

It was last October when she and her husband realized they needed a new car. \u201cMy husband and I dread car shopping,\u201d she says in her review, ranking it up there in the hierarchy of hassles alongside having cavities filled. It warms our heart to hear her follow that by saying they had the \u201cbest car buying experience ever\u201d at Leith BMW<\/a>. They had only planned to stop in and look around, but then they were cordially greeted by our sales representative, Brad Timberlake.<\/p>\n

\u201cBrad was low key, but very friendly and not at all aggressive like [salesmen] we\u2019ve encountered elsewhere,\u201d she says, praising him for not \u201cattacking\u201d them with a sales spiel when they walked in the door. In addition to his personable nature, it was Brad\u2019s knowledge of all the cars on the lot that helped seal the deal. He was able to answer all of their questions, thoroughly and honestly.<\/span><\/p>\n

Then something extraordinary happens, something that only happens at a Leith Dealership. After a short conversation, Brad was able to get to know her and her husband and learn what it was they were looking for. He knew of the exact car, a 2010 BMW X5 3.0i that had just come in, only it was still in detail at the time. We\u2019re never in a hurry at Leith, though, so Brad encouraged them to come back the next morning and see the car. They ended up buying it, and by the customer\u2019s words they \u201ccouldn\u2019t be happier.\u201d She goes on to say, \u201cI would not hesitate to recommend Leith BMW<\/a> to others and have them ask for Brad.\u201d<\/p>\n
