\"RPM\"Tuesday\u2019s here, and you know what that means: Time for our weekly testimonial tribune. In this week\u2019s <\/span>RPM<\/a>, we\u2019ll head over to <\/span>Leith Chrysler Jeep<\/a> in Raleigh and hear from our friend, Melinda.<\/span><\/p>\n

At Leith, we\u2019re all about family, so it makes sense that Melinda was referred to us by her parents. In one of those \u201cwhat goes around, comes around\u201d scenarios, she was looking to trade in her 2005 Chrysler 300 C, which she bought from her parents, who purchased it from us with the help of our general sales manager, Brandon Rigney. Still with us? Good.<\/p>\n

Brandon remembered Melinda\u2019s parents and he was more than happy to help her. They spoke over the phone, discussing details of the trade in and talking about what it was that she wanted. Melinda was very interested in a Chrysler 200, so Brandon arranged to have her drive down to the dealership and check out a few trim levels. Of her trip, she said, \u201cWhen I got to the dealership Brandon had 2 cars up front for me to look at \u2026 I was impressed that he had chosen the S \u2013 he knew I would like a sporty model.\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n

Our sales representative Simone Boyd showed Melinda all the features of the 2014 Chrysler 200, giving her the full walkaround that all of our customers receive. We want you to really get to know the car you\u2019re interested in so that we\u2019re all sure it\u2019s the car you want. In this case, Melinda\u2019s instincts were correct. The Chrysler 200 S was the car for her. Glenn Crickmaur, our finance manager, was able to find her the best interest rate, and just like she said, \u201cIt doesn\u2019t get any better than that!!!\u201d (She used that many exclamation points in her review).<\/span><\/p>\n

We forgot to mention something at the start that makes Melinda\u2019s experience all the more extraordinary: She\u2019s lives in Indianapolis. We\u2019re proud to say that when it comes to cars, we\u2019ve won her heart. \u201cI will travel to North Carolina from Indy for all future cars I purchase,\u201d said Melinda. \u201cThey really know how to treat a customer!\u201d<\/p>\n
