Our RPM review today comes from Kristen Davis who recently purchased Ford Edge from Leith Ford<\/a>. She rated her experience five out of five stars, and we\u2019ll tell you why.<\/p>\n Kristen called ahead of time to discuss what she was looking for with our own Harry Blanks. We encourage our customers to call ahead and give us a general description of the kind of car they want. This gives us the opportunity to look through our inventory and pick out cars that will be a great fit for you, and it also lets us know when we can expect to see you. Sure enough, when she arrived at the dealership Harry had already chosen a variety of cars that matched Kristen\u2019s description on the phone.<\/p>\n Upon inspecting the cars, Kristen found them all to be in \u201cexcellent condition\u201d and with reasonable prices, too. Leith Ford offers only the best of the best, and our huge inventory will surprise anyone who thinks they\u2019re walking into an average small-town dealership. Harry and Kristen spent more time talking about which car would be right for her. She said what was remarkable about the experience is that she never felt rushed or like she was being taken advantage of. Harry was \u201cvery friendly\u201d throughout and together they settled on the Edge she drives now.<\/p>\n The last part of the car-buying process is often what customers find the most daunting: Paperwork. Kristen was nervous about it, but her nerves were quickly soothed when she met with Sherry Timberlake, our Business Manager. As a result, the financing experience was \u201cfriendly and easy.\u201d Kristen said that Sherry was exceptionally informative and easy to talk to. The last thing we want is for people to be afraid of buying a car, so it\u2019s our goal to provide a friendly face every step of the way.<\/p>\n Kristen concluded her review saying, \u201cI had a great experience at Leith Ford and will recommend them to everyone. I am thoroughly enjoying my blue 2013 Edge Limited.
