Mike did a great job for my wife Geraldine and myself. He was very knowledgeable and cognizant of our desire for a Cayenne. He conducted himself very professionally in a relaxed atmosphere with a good sense of humor. No pressure or pushiness at all. In fact, he was so good, we ended up driving a car off of the showroom floor! Neither I nor my wife went in expecting to do that.
