If you haven\u2019t already heard, Leith Cars<\/a> was voted the best \u201cPlace to Buy a New Vehicle\u201d in Indy Week\u2019s Best of the Triangle 2014. The competition was voted on this spring with more than 7,500 people casting ballots that covered a staggering range of categories. According to the website, it took a team of ten interns two weeks to tabulate winners and runners-up.<\/p>\n

Never been on a Dishcrawl before? Think about it like a bar crawl, but with food instead. The tour visits three different restaurants which are kept secret until two days prior. This is the perfect event for foodies looking for a bit of adventure or other people that share their passion for all things edible. Tickets can be purchased online<\/a>.<\/p>\n

Grinding this story down to the last bar of topicality, we want to plug one other business from Indy Week\u2019s list. Videri Chocolate Factory<\/a> was voted runner-up for the best \u201cPlace to Buy Chocolate,\u201d and they are conveniently located across the street from our office in downtown Raleigh. It\u2019s only going to get hotter as the summer wears on, and Videri makes the best frozen hot chocolate \u2013 yes, that\u2019s correct \u2013 that you\u2019ve ever tasted. It\u2019s a bargain, too. They make and sell chocolate on-site, so be sure to ask for a sample. Visit their website<\/a> for information and directions \u2013 you\u2019ll have to go once you see the background footage.<\/p>\n
