The Real People Matter series is about taking time once a week to share a customer’s story of interacting with one of our dealerships. Today we’re focusing on Audi Raleigh reviews. The point of this is to show that we understand that businesses thrive when they treat people as they really are, with all the complexities and circumstances that make them unique. To do this, we rely on a sites like DealerRater that let people voluntarily share stories, good or bad, about auto dealerships.
Today’s story comes from SarahC123 who wrote on January 12, 2014, about her experience at Audi Raleigh on 4000 Capital Hills Drive. Several months ago, Sarah writes, she was looking for a car and decided to buy from a dealership for the first time in her life. She went to Audi Raleigh and found that everyone she talked with was friendly and helpful.
We hear frequently that people feel intimidated to visit a dealership because of pressure to buy something. It’s great to hear that Sarah instead felt comfortable and was put at ease by the staff at Audi Raleigh who were neither overbearing nor standoffish.
The next thing that happened to Sarah was that she met Audi Brand Specialist John Marble. John’s been mentioned before on DealerRater for his helpfulness, so it’s no surprise that Sarah enjoyed working with him, as well. It was late on a Friday, Sarah says, but rather than ask her to come back later or trying to rush her into a decision, John and fellow Audi Brand Specialist Anthony Cotellese stayed as late as 9 p.m. to talk through what Sarah was looking for.
Sarah decided to buy a pre-owned Hyundai that night because it was the right car for her, and what she felt confident purchasing. This was entirely possible at Audi Raleigh because our business is not to sell Audis—our business is listening to people, and then helping. In the end, Sarah rated her experience 5 out of 5, and we’re pleased to have her approval. It gives us the fuel we need to make every experience with a customer like ours with Sarah. We hope that all Audi Raleigh reviews turn out like Sarah’s.
