According to our research, the average adult’s resting heart rate is somewhere between 60 and 100 beats per minute. A cup of coffee increases that by about 3 beats per minute, exercise kicks it up further still, and a roller coaster just about has it popping out of your chest.
All of these effects, however, are trumped by the galactic experience that is a Tuesday in the modern working world. The carpets seem stiffer, emails fly faster, and fluorescent lights activate the brain’s regions of creativity and memory association like a comet streaking through the universe.
Most people are so excited about it being Tuesday that they can barely sit still long enough to read as far you’ve read, but on the off-chance that a lucky few have mastered their adrenal levels for the joy of reading this blog post, we have it in mind to unveil another installment of Real People Matter, RPM being our series about people’s experiences at our dealerships.
We like to find what people are saying about us on the Internet, because it lets us know how we’re doing. It’s quite American to write whatever you want about a car dealership—some say that Free Speech was codified for expressly this purpose. People can write whatever they wish about a business on the Internet, and it’s not atypical for people to be unkind while doing so.
For this reason, we’re pleased when we see that people have good things to say about us. When people have no incentive or reward or speak well of their experience with us, and then do so with enthusiasm, it tells us that we’re on the right track, and inspires us to make every customer experience a great one.
Today we go to DealerRater.com to look at Leith Mitsubishi of Fayetteville. KatiRobinson writes of her experience:
“My husband and I had been planning to purchase a new car for a few months. We decided to stop in at Leith to see what they had to offer. Mike was quick to approach us and offer assistance. He took excellent care of us and was very patient as I am extremely picky and indecisive. He was real and authentic about helping us purchase a brand new car.
“We never once felt pressured as you do at most dealerships. He was very knowledgeable and offered great advice. After looking at a few different cars, we decided to take it inside to look at some numbers. JP was great with getting us the payment and price we were looking for.
“Scott finished everything up and thoroughly explained everything we were signing, it was a pleasure catching up about our shared hometown. I would recommend Leith and the three gentleman we dealt with to anyone looking for a great car and awesome customer service!”
Textbook. We want to thank Kati for honoring us with her words. We hope that this inspires you also to do something great for someone today. Happy Tuesday!
