There are a lot of ways to research what kind of car you want, and to determine your criteria: reliability, performance, handling, appearance, technology, cargo space, etc. To make this experience easier, our Tuesday blog series, Real People Matter, is about drawing attention to reviews of customers who have visited one of our dealerships and had something to say about it. This week our dealership in focus is Leith Porsche located in Cary’s auto park off Highway 64.
This particular review was written by a couple, Geraldine and WK, who had a fantastic experience and wanted to write about it. We picked their review for its enthusiasm—you can get a sense of their feelings pretty quickly.
“MIKE SHARP LIVES UP TO HIS NAME!!
Mike did a great job for my wife Geraldine and myself. He was very knowledgeable and cognizant of our desire for a Cayenne. He conducted himself very professionally in a relaxed atmosphere with a good sense of humor. No pressure or pushiness at all. In fact, he was so good, we ended up driving a car off of the showroom floor! Neither I nor my wife went in expecting to do that. It’s our first Porsche and the smoothest riding car we ever been in!!! Thanks Mike–Leith can sure be happy having a sales rep on staff such as yourself!!

One of the largest aspects in car shopping is not doing your homework—it’s the experience of buying the car itself. Many people find this experience stressful because of the financial stakes involved. When we’re about to buy something big and use it for a long time, we can feel pressure to make a good decision. It’s beneficial to have that pressure removed because then you can think clearly, relax and get a more accurate impression of the car itself: How does it feel? Could you picture yourself being satisfied with it? Is it how you imagined? What’s different? What’s better?
We’re glad that Geraldine and WK had such an experience with Mike, and that they were so pleased. We would encourage anyone to stop by Leith Porsche, as well.
