When we say that real people matter, we mean it (doesn’t make it true though lol). Those that walk through our doors are more than just leads. They’re a part of our community, and we want to take care of them.
Today, we’re sharing the experience of Kimberly Hogsten-Utley who recently visited Leith Acura of Fayetteville and drove away in an MDX.
“I am happy to have the opportunity to post publicly my recent experience at Leith Acura of Fayetteville. I am not by any means a first time car buyer and can say without doubt that my experience with Leith of Fayetteville has topped all other experiences!! From the moment I walked in to driving away with my Acura MDX I felt ‘special.’ At no time did I feel any pressure and all my questions were answered with what I felt was the utmost honesty.
“The gentlemen that made this an experience like no other are Bill Sharp and Robert Crieghton. It was evident that they wanted me pleased with every aspect of the purchase. I actually think Mr. Sharp sent the car back to detail three times and then asked me to look the car over and if I found anything that was not to my satisfaction he wanted to know about it. Robert would not give up until I understood all the technical aspects of the MDX.
“Saying thank you just doesn’t express my satisfaction like I would like to; therefore writing this review puts an exclamation on the words, THANK YOU!!”
We can tell that Bill and Robert did an especially good job of showing Kimberly the Leith experience because of the double exclamation points. But really, we can see in her review all the hallmarks of how car-buying works at our dealerships. The sales staff gave the customer all the attention and help she needed to find the right car for her, and she didn’t leave until the vehicle was perfect. Also recognizing the high volume of technology in new cars, one of our staff members was able to sit with Kimberley and go through all of the MDX’s advanced systems until she was comfortable.
